As a strategist, researcher, and creator, I balance upstream strategic theory with downstream practical reality. 🎣  As a leader, coach, and mentor, I create the conditions for ongoing transformation. This approach has helped numerous organizations recognize and realize new opportunities through the products, services, and experiences they produce. I am particularly honored to have played a pivotal role in helping the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) evolve from a crisis of trust to leading within the U.S. government in delivering customer-centric experiences. 

Today, I help purpose-driven humans navigate systemic challenges to realize nature-positive futures. 🌍 Blending my understanding of how humans approach change with insights from living systems, and regenerative and circular economics, my process creates the conditions that push boundaries so possibility can emerge.

Fueled by expertise in human-centered design (HCD) and degrees in Graphic and Industrial Design, understanding and enabling systemic change has been at the heart of my 20+ year career in innovation. While working within IDEO, BCG Brighthouse, eBay, Adobe, startups, and the U.S. Federal Government, my work has shaped organizational change, brand communications, e-commerce systems, and healthcare and sustainability experiences.
